At Design by Lola, every product is made to order just for you.
We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to bring each design to life, reducing waste and ensuring the highest quality possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and created before it ships. Each item is individually printed and packed with care.

Shipping Times

• UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Australia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on partner location, carrier delays, and holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as they could be fulfilled by different production partners.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
